Kevin Houghtaling

As owner of Houghtaling's Garage, Kevin has put the customer first for more than 25 years. Under his leadership, Houghtaling's Garage has grown from a two-man operation to as many as 9 employees during the busy summer months. Currently, Houghtaling's Garage has three full-time employees and two part-time employess who follow Kevin's belief that our customers are our greatest asset.  Kevin's mechanical abilities are among the top in the state and he's always willing to assist in the shop whenever those "unfixable" problems arise.  As a salesman, his friendly, courteous manner goes a long way with customers, and helped him become the number one salesman for Gehl rotary mowers in his territory, which included parts of Virginia, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania.

Parts Department 

Heading up our Parts Department is Tom McMullen of Knoxville.  With his nearly 2 decades of experience managing the parts department at a John Deere dealership near Boston, Tom knows what it takes to keep the parts department running smoothly and he understands that making the customer happy is our top priority.  With one eye on the inventory, Tom's goal is to keep adequate supplies on hand of all our fast-moving parts to get you back to your work schedule as quickly as possible.  And he'll  give you top quality parts for the best price around!  Tom is also the man to see about buying your new Simplicity lawnmower. Ask him for the latest financing deals to give your lawn that  manicured look!

Tom McMullen

Roger hails from Knoxville and Austinburg and brings with him a wealth of experience.  He grew up helping his dad run their John Deere dealership at Academy Corners (Knoxville), and holds service technician certificates for a number of brand names, including John Deere and Volkswagon. Roger's expertise in electrical repairs and wiring comes from years of working in maintenance at the Westfield Tannery.  When he's not busy beneath a tractor or lawn mower, he can be found filling in at the parts counter or servicing the many computers at Houghtaling's Garage.  If there's one thing Roger likes, it's a challenge.  Got a problem with your engine?  We're sure Roger can figure it out!

An accomplished photographer, Mia Anderson served as Director of PDCD child development center in Wellsboro for more than 20 years before coming to work for Houghtaling's Garage.  Her organizational skills and her keen attention to detail are an intricate part of Houghtaling's Garage "behind the scenes" and keeps us running smoothly and efficiently.
